the United States. Dr. Koop is considered by many to be one of the most positively influential men with regards to the
health for the American People. Now that Dr. Koop has effectively educated the country about the hazards of
cigarette smoke, his focus has changed to motivating us to become more fit.

to adapt, detoxify and cope with the sometimes harsh and toxic environment that we live in.
Most of us do not have access to the information that we need to determine the influence the environment is having
