Sunnyside Health Center operates as a "cash practice." This means that patients pay for services and products at
the time they are rendered. Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, guaranteed checks (travelers,
cashiers, bank, money orders, etc.), Visa and MasterCard. At the time of payment an insurance form, detailing the
diagnostic and procedural items for a patient, is printed and given to the patient. The patient can then bill their
insurance company for reimbursement if they choose.
